Matthew 28:18-19 (New International Version)

Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."

The Mission of Naledi Baptist Fellowship:

·         To reconcile man back to God.

·         To bring man to the reality and existence of God through preaching and evangelism.

·         To provide a church base for the people of Naledi in their own community and plant other churches in Botswana.

·         To undertake charitable works.

·         To encourage and foster the spiritual development and material welfare of the member of the church as well as the community in general.

Naledi Baptist Fellowship was established in the year 1999. Many people have been reached in our area through Sports Evangelism, Outreaches, AWANA, Christian films, Bible Studies and the preaching of the Word of God. The Church was planted in partnership with the Open Baptist Church, Mogoditshane Baptist Church and the Baptist Convention of Botswana. The Tlamelo Feeding Station was begun to operate by March 1999 and the Church begun the same year. At the moment we have sister church at Gakuto village village.

Old Naledi is a high density area (population of about 47000 people in about 10 ha) part of Gaborone where many poor disadvantaged families resides. In addition to that the majority of the orphans in the city reside in Old Naledi.
